1. What products do you sell?

We sell a wide range of FiveM resources, including custom scripts, server enhancements, frameworks, and roleplay systems. Every product is built to improve your server's performance, player engagement, and overall FiveM experience. All purchases come ready for easy installation through your Keymaster.


2. How do I make a purchase?

Simply browse our Tebex store, add the scripts or resources you want to your cart, and complete the checkout process. We accept secure payment methods like PayPal, and major credit cards.


3. How do I receive my FiveM scripts?

After your payment is confirmed, your script(s) will be automatically licensed to your CFX Keymaster account. You can view and manage all purchased assets directly at Keymaster, where you'll be able to download your resources securely.


4. Can I get a refund?

We offer a 14-day refund policy for encrypted products. If you encounter serious issues that our support team cannot resolve, you may request a refund within 14 days. Refunds apply only to encrypted scripts and are subject to review.


5. What conditions apply to the refund policy?

  • The script must be encrypted and not significantly modified.

  • You must request the refund within 14 days of the original purchase.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used.

Please note: Open-source or custom-edited scripts are non-refundable.


6. How can I contact customer support?

7. How secure is my payment information?

We use Tebex's built-in secure payment system, backed by industry-standard encryption. Your payment details are protected through trusted providers like PayPal and more. We never store your card or personal payment information ourselves.


8. Do you offer discounts or promotions?

Yes! We run frequent promotions, seasonal sales, and discount codes. Follow us on social media or join our Discord Server to catch the latest deals for your FiveM server.


9. Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Due to how FiveM licensing and Tebex transactions work, orders cannot be modified or canceled once processed. Please double-check your Keymaster account and server details before finalizing your purchase.


10. Where can I find my transaction ID?

After purchasing a product you will get a receipt containing the transaction ID to your email.
