What Our Support Covers

  • Bug reports for original, unmodified scripts

  • Basic usage questions about purchased products


What Our Support Does NOT Cover

Our free support does not include:

  • Custom script modifications or feature requests

  • Server optimization unrelated to our scripts

  • Conflicts caused by third-party resources

  • Personalized server development advice

  • Reinstallation if a customer modifies the script improperly


How to Request Support

When contacting support, please include:

  • Your Tebex transaction ID

  • The name of the script you need help with

  • A clear and detailed description of the issue

  • Screenshots, console logs, or other helpful information

This helps us resolve your issue faster!

  • We reserve the right to refuse support if the customer is disrespectful or abusive.

  • Support is only provided for the latest version of our products.

  • Please make sure your server is properly configured and up-to-date.
